The 21 year old recently had his Ferrari 458 Italia wrapped from its original red to a stealth satin black. The stealth appearance was also aided by blacked out wheels. Wickham splashed around £140k on the motor. The striker’s 458 is powered by a 4.5 litre v8 engine by the famous Italian supercar makers.
Wickham’s Ferrari appeared before the wrap as well on @SUPERWRAPSUK twitter account. Sporting the traditional Ferrari Rosso corsa colour, the former Ipswich Town strikers car boasted a more humble look, before the modification company got their hands on it.
The full extent of the wrap included a gloss black roof, wheels and strip down the bonnet. A majority of the chassis was wrapped in the much popular satin black, with gloss black accents.
In the summer of 2011, Sunderland agreed a deal to sign Wickham for a fee of £8 million, rising to £12 million. Wickham, 18 at the time, signed a 4 year deal with the Black Cats.
Connor Wickham’s will be hard to miss up in the North East of England. The striker joins the likes of Theo Walcott, John Terry, Mario Balotelli, Jack Wilshere, Mesut Ozil and Daniel Sturridge.
